1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all access and use of the gn55 platform, including the website at gn55.vip, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all gaming, betting, promotional, and account services made available therein. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions.

gn55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gn55 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the gn55 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the gn55 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and gn55. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise explicitly stated.

The gn55 platform is operated as a secure, fair, and SSL-encrypted online gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by our third-party studio partners including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Habanero. gn55 does not alter game logic or interfere with game outcomes beyond published Return to Player (RTP) specifications.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The gn55 platform is strictly restricted to adult players. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any gambling activity on gn55. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

gn55 operates a mandatory age verification process. At the time of registration and, where applicable, at the point of withdrawal, you may be required to provide documentation confirming your date of birth and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority.

If gn55 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any funds deposited by a player found to be under 18 will be returned, and any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in full.

In addition to the age requirement, players must:

• Be physically located in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling is not prohibited at the time of placing a wager.
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of gn55 or any of its game provider partners.
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion programme that restricts access to gambling services.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of gn55 services, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, gn55 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, forfeit any outstanding balances, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gn55 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. gn55 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

gn55 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the gn55 support team immediately via live chat at [email protected].

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and fair play, gn55 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when making changes to your account details. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfied.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on gn55 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). gn55 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at gn55 is ৳500. Deposits are typically credited to your gn55 account within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. gn55 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification procedures.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of our players. gn55 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request it deems necessary to verify.

Currency & Fees

All account balances, transactions, bonuses, and winnings are displayed and processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no currency conversion fees applied by gn55. Your gn55 account balance will never be subject to maintenance fees, inactivity fees, or dormancy charges during the first 12 months of account inactivity.

5. Bonus & Promotions

gn55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which will always include a wagering requirement, a time limit for meeting that requirement, and any game restrictions that apply.

Welcome Bonus

New players at gn55 may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳30,000 on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum deposit requirement and a wagering requirement that must be completed within the stated time window before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Full welcome bonus terms are displayed during the registration and first-deposit process.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method unless otherwise stated.
• gn55 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a player.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first unless the active bonus terms specify otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal request will be approved on a balance that includes bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers through low-risk betting strategies, arbitrage, or collusion constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as potential account suspension.
• Seasonal promotions tied to Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and cricket events such as BPL and T20 World Cup will carry their own specific terms published at the time of launch.

6. User Obligations

By using the gn55 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms and with applicable laws. The following obligations apply to all registered players at all times:

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the platform. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not use the gn55 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the funding of illegal activities.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence software to interact with the gn55 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or interfere with the gn55 platform, its game systems, payment systems, or security infrastructure.
• You must not collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game or tournament.
• You must not use offensive, abusive, or threatening language in any communication with gn55 support staff or other players.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you are solely responsible for your wagering decisions. gn55 is not liable for any financial losses resulting from your use of the platform.

gn55 reserves the right to monitor player activity for compliance with these obligations. Where a breach is identified, gn55 may take action including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban, without prior notice.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

gn55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Duplicate account creation or account sharing.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of platform promotions.
• Use of automated tools or unfair gaming strategies.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, gn55 will endeavour to resolve the matter within 10 business days and will communicate the outcome to the registered email address. During a suspension, the player will not be able to access their account, make deposits or withdrawals, or participate in any games.

If you wish to voluntarily close your gn55 account, you may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gn55 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the gn55 platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from wagering decisions made by the player.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or network failures beyond gn55's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently identified as resulting from a malfunction of third-party game software, in which case the relevant game round may be voided and stakes returned.

gn55's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit gn55's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, nor for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative and governing version.

Changes to the Platform

gn55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform — including specific games, payment methods, promotional features, or the platform itself — at any time. gn55 will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any part thereof.
